Physically, in great shape except for one slat which has some rotting on it as it was near the water source. These are relatively inexpensive. The wood slats could also use a paint job. The inside is in excellent condition (it just needs cleaned).

PLEASE NOTE: It does need a new heating element / heating assembly. These run around $250. It was causing the breaker to trip each time the heater kicked on. We bought the hot tub from family with the intention of fixing it and enjoying it ourselves. We figured we couldn't beat the price, even if we had to put a little bit of money into fixing it. However, when we went to put the wiring in for the hot tub, we discovered we do not have the space in our circuit board to add 220v for it and we can't afford to upgrade our electric to be able to add it.

We're asking $2,000, but please feel free to make an offer as well! Cash or money order / cashier's check (must clear before the hot tub leaves our property). You MUST be able to haul it. It took four BIG men to get it here.
